About us

Our Junior Team are made up of level 1 and level 2 coaches along with volunteers with cricketing backgrounds. We run age group specific training which is fun, engaging and constantly developing their skills. All sessions are mixed but there is also a girls only session available.

Our Team

Mark Lamb, Club Chairman

Mark has been chairman for 8 years and still continues to captain the 3rd team every Saturday. He also volunteers his time managing a junior side and supporting the other teams across the club.

Nicky Lamb, Junior Co-ordinator

Nicky has been junior co-ordinator for 8 years reestablishing Paultons juniors within the New forest junior leagues. Her involvement within the club is vital and oversees many different aspects including the rebuild of our new pavilion.

Debbie Randell, Club Treasurer

Debbie has been treasurer for 2 years after getting back involved, following in the footsteps of her dad, Les Humby, who was a dedicated member of the club.

Vicky Richman, Club Welfare Officer

Vicky is already very involved with the club as she is captain of the ladies side and is evolved as her children are players at the club. Vicky's professional background within a school gives her great experience and understanding to ensure the safeguarding of our children.

Club Secretary

Sam Metcalfe, Head Coach

Sam has been Head Coach for 8 years having been and established coach for many years prior to him joining the club. Along side coaching for Paultons he also coaches within the Hampshire disability setup.

Junior Cricket
